The optoCONTROL 2520-95 precision micrometer is designed for static and dynamic measurement tasks with a large measuring range. It detects geometrical parameters such as diameter, gap, height and position. The precision micrometer combines high linearity with high measurement speed and is used for applications in almost any industry.

Static and dynamic measurement tasks with a large measuring range are no match for the optoCONTROL 2520-95 precision micrometer. It offers a measuring range of 95 mm together with high linearity of < ±15 µm. Repeatability is ≤ 6 µm. Up to 2,000 measurement values per second can be output via analog and digital interfaces

This precise system is designed for industrial applications and is used in almost any industry, from chemistry to automotive, machine building and manufacturing automation. In cutting machines, for example, several strips can be measured at the same time and values output simultaneously by using multi-segment measurement. Hoses and extruder products such as bars and plastic tubes can also be detected reliably.

Configuration is carried out via the user-friendly web interface for parameter set up of video signal, filters and different measurement modes. Due to laser class 1M, no further safety devices are necessary.
