In the latest monograph entitled Challenges of modern human resource management, prepared by employees of the Department of Marketing and Organization Development, Faculty of Management Engineering, Poznań University of Technology, various aspects of human resource management in contemporary organizations are discussed. The publication presents the experiences and good practices of such companies as Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, Mahle Behr, Phoenix Contact, Pratt & Whitney, Volkswagen and WObit.
The authors drew their inspiration from many years of research conducted in the field of human resource management and competency management, also now supported by human resource management departments in medium and large enterprises.
The aforementioned projects have become a stimulus for the development of the Greater Poland Educational and Economic Network, under which relations and cooperation with enterprises significantly influencing the functioning of not only the regional - Greater Poland, but often also the global labor market are strengthened.
The exchange of knowledge and experience in the science-practice network, lasting for several years, has become an inspiration to introduce modern trends and solutions in the field of human resource management.
