Prototypowanie układów liniowych jeszcze łatwiejsze z pomocą HaydonKerk

Haydon Kerk, whose company WObit is a distributor in Poland now offers 3DP, special caps , useful in 3D prototyping processes. They give the possibility of faster and more accurate verification of the linear motion system by constructors.

Thanks to the new caps, the constructor can easily download its 3D model, plan for it a place in the detail, which will be printed using a 3D printer. Then just a little glue and the 3DP nut is fixed in the printed element. In a quick way, the prototype element is ready for testing.

3DP caps are very helpful for OEMs who use 3D printing to make short series. They are made of advanced polyacetal materials or the patented Kerkite KN30, guaranteeing the maintenance of appropriate parameters.

OEMs, after approval of the prototype and the initial series, can supply themselves in wholesale quantities - ready-made elements with integrated caps, made of the same composite material as 3DP nuts or (for larger volumes) with non-standard nuts formed as complete monolithic plastic components.
