Involvement and passion, as well as going beyond the thinking patterns are the hallmarks of the Silesian Greenpower team, who visited yesterday's WObit.
WObit is one of the sponsors that supports young engineers who create innovative racing cars. For the last five years, they have been successful in Greenpower races in Great Britain. Subsequent victories motivate them to implement modern technologies and build faster, lighter and more ergonomic vehicles.
Representatives of the team, while testing their cars on the PoznaĂą Circuit, brought one of them "Bullet" to DÄ?Ĺ?borzyc. These unexpected visits evoked enormous joy and interest from the company's employees, who carefully follow the development of the young constructors. In addition to the presentation of the car, the leader of the Silesian Greenpower team spoke about the use of inclinometers from the WObit offer, as well as about professional test benches in which torque sensors provided by the WObit company were used.
It's worth mentioning that the Team Leader of the Silesian Greenpower team - Dawid WylenĹźek - took the third place in the student Olympics of the Polish LabVIEW Programmer Championships and 1st place in the competition of professionals on the fastest LabVIEW programmer in Poland. Congratulations!
We keep our fingers crossed for this year's team starts in the Greenpower Race and subsequent victories. We also hope that these successes will inspire engineers and constructors from our municipality to create their own devices.
