Training organizer

The organizer of the training isPrzedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno - Handlowe WObit Elżbieta Ober, Karolina Ober s. c., Dęborzyce 16, 62-045 Pniewy, entered into the Business Activity Register under the numbers: 74659/2010, 2859 and 64923/2009, REGON: 301507140, NIP 7831661475.

Conditions of participation in the training

1. The application form is a legally binding contract concluded between the Training Organizer and the Applicant.
2. The condition for being included on the list of training participants is to send the application together with a copy of the payment confirmation no later than 7 days before the start of the training.
3. In case of resignation less than 7 days before the start of the training, the amount paid will not be refunded.
4. If the number of training participants does not reach the required minimum, WObit reserves the right to move the training to another date or cancel the training no later than 5 days before its planned date.

Registration for participation:

1. Registration for participation in the training can be made by: completing the form available on the website www.wobit.com.pl or sending the completed application form by fax to the number 61 222 74 39 or by e-mail to wobit@wobit.com.pl.
2. After WObit receives the completed application form, confirmation of receipt of the registration for participation in the training will be sent by e-mail within 2 business days.
3. Applications are accepted no later than 7 days before the training start date. After this deadline, registration of participation is possible after prior telephone arrangement with a marketing communications specialist from WObit.
4. Admission to the training depends on the order of applications. WObit reserves the right to refuse to accept an application if the list of participants is already closed on a given date or if the minimum number of people (4) does not register.
5. If the number of participants does not reach the required minimum, WObit reserves the right to move the training to another date or cancel the training no later than 5 days before its planned date.

Payment terms

1. The organizer charges the training fee in advance. The amount of the fee is given each time
   in the training offer. The payment should be made on the basis of a pro-forma invoice, which, together with confirmation of participation in the training, will be sent electronically to the contact person indicated in the registration form.
2. The pro-forma invoice must be paid within 7 days before the start of the training.
3. After receiving the payment for the training, the Organizer issues a VAT invoice.
4. Failure to pay for the service by the due date constitutes a deemed waiver
   in the training and authorizes the Organizer not to provide the service to the Ordering Party.
5. In special cases, the Organizer may apply a discount.
6. The training fee is a gross amount.
7. The training price includes: participation in theoretical and practical classes, training materials, implementation of the program on training equipment, training completion certificate, coffee breaks and a hot meal.
8. The Organizer does not cover the costs of travel to the training site of the Participants and the costs of accommodation, unless the training offer contains such information.

Resignation from participation

1. Resignation from participation in the training should be reported to WObit within 7 days before the start of the training.
2. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the training start date, the amount paid will not be refunded.
3. At any time, the Applicant may appoint another training participant for whom he or she takes full responsibility. The change of participant should be reported to an employee of the WObit Secretariat by calling 61 222 74 10 or by sending an e-mail to wobit@owobit.com.pl.

Personal data protection

1. In accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000), the Organizer does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of Participants to other persons or institutions. However, personal data provided by the Participant will be processed by the Organizer for marketing purposes, conducting training and for communication purposes between the Organizer and the Participant.
2. In the above scope, by participating in the training, Participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of conducting the training.
3. Participants can access their personal data at any time.
