Nowe kompaktowe przekładnie precyzyjne: moc napędu w obudowie o rozmiarze 055

Neugart responds to the trend towards increasingly compact servo drives with three new precision planetary gears in housing size 055. New solutions PSBN055, PSN055 and PSFN055 expand the portfolio of precision planetary gear series with smaller housing sizes.

The gear size refers to the square dimension or diameter of the centering flange of the output flange, which in this case is only 55mm wide. Despite their compact dimensions, the gears offer high torque density and high precision in a very small housing. This makes them suitable for electronically controlled servo drives used in small handling units in the packaging industry and many other machines.

All three new solutions are available with 1 or 2 stages and different gear ratios from i=3 or i=4 to i=100. Despite all their similarities, they differ in key details that make them ideal for different application areas. For example, the PSBN055 and PSN055 have an output shaft (smooth or tongue keyed), a square output flange, and heavy-duty output bearings. The PSFN055, in turn, is a gearbox with a flanged output shaft compliant with the ISO 9409-1 standard (optionally with or without a flanged contact shaft hole), in which a round, very large flange is equipped with pre-loaded angular contact roller bearings.
