The WObit offer includes AC servo controllers from the FD5 series by Kinco. The FD5 series are efficient servo drives with a compact design.
It is a development of the earlier FD3 series with which it is compatible, thanks to which it can be easily replaced by changing the parameters. The power range of the FD5 is from 200 W to 3 kW.
The new controllers and AC servo drives will be perfect for:
- robotics industry: SCARA robots, DELTA robots, hexagonal robots, etc.
- packaging industry: slitting machines, bag stackers, vertical packaging systems and other packaging machines.
- machine tools: engraving and milling, precise engraving, laser cutting, etc.
- logistics industry: belt conveyors, vertical storage systems, etc.
- other applications requiring high response speed and high positioning accuracy.
Learn about the key advantages that make the FD5 series perfect for many applications.
Notch filters
Up to 4 notch filters can be used simultaneously to suppress vibrations. FD5 can automatically measure the mechanical resonant frequency of the load and automatically set the notch frequency according to the measurement results.
Suitable for high precision encoder
The higher sampling rate and high-precision encoder can improve the overall performance and positioning accuracy of the servo.
Real-time sync control
- Support 125us sync period.
- EtherCAT communication speed can reach 100 Mbit/s.
- Using distributed clock synchronization.
- The FD5 series servo drive can effectively improve production efficiency and improve the accuracy of multi-axis synchronous control.
Easy to update and self-tuning on lineline
The self-tuning module can calculate the magnitude of the load by changing the state of the load during acceleration and deceleration. After determining the load inertia by adding monitoring signals to the PWM while the motor is running, the PID controller is dynamically adjusted according to the set stiffness and type of application.
S-curve control
The S-Curve control can be turned on by one key and without command delay, which is suitable for long-distance positioning control. The velocity step of the trapezoidal velocity curve is relatively large.
In the case of mechanical devices with high inertia or flexible linkage devices, vibration can be caused by a sudden change in trapezoidal velocity.
The S-shaped speed curve is more flexible, and acceleration and deceleration are smooth. This function can help to effectively eliminate the mechanical vibration caused by the sudden change of speed.
Network communication support
FD5 series servo drives are capable of working with Profinet, EtherCat, CANopen and Modbus network protocols.
