
bmotion
is a modular platform from Buehler Motor . In one place it is possible to select a complete drive system consisting of a DC engine, transmission, brake and encoder. Based on the variety of platform, drive systems can be combined with existing elements, in accordance with the customer's requirements. As a result, customer modifications can be largely replaced by configurations based on the available Bmotion platforms. Thanks to this, Buehler Motor offers excellent application support and constant times of samples, pre -season and serial parts.
Maximum modularity, ease of creating combinations and a large selection of pre -defined variants creates a driving solution that is ideally suited to the needs of customers.
The benefits are already felt in the development phase. The advantage of the bmotion platform is that its users gain insight into the wide spectrum of solutions. Different drives in the customer's application can be selected from one source. Drive combinations for unique market requirements are also similar.
For example, there are several combinations of door drives to buildings that are adapted to small fluctuations and low torque to secure the needs of customers. Strong and environmentally friendly solutions for agriculture are available, as well as durable and quiet drives for medical applications. Flexibility in the selection of drives is also suitable for industrial applications. In addition, the platform offers cost savings in all applications where the BLDC engine life is not required.
As part of the bmotion platform , three DC motor size (42/52/63 mm in diameter), two planetary gears, snail gear, brakes and encoders are available for the drive combination. The power voltage engines 12 VDC and 24 VDC have a ranged moment without gears from 18 to 32 ncm, and the rotational speed is 3100 - 3300 rpm.
Importantly, despite the fact that standardization is part of the new platform , modifications are always possible. Going further, it does not matter what modification is required, because you can configure, among others the windings, gears, as well as special shaft length sensors, EMC suppression and temperature sensors.
To meet the increased demand for predictive maintenance, temperature sensors for monitoring the status of the engine are available.
