SID1812E is a controller designed for DC motors that allow you to adjust the speed and direction of motor rotation. Thanks to the cooperation with the encoder it is possible to precisely determine the speed, acceleration or position of the motor with accuracy depending on the resolution of the used encoder. The controller cooperates with the SID1812E-PC program, thanks to which it is possible to easily configure its parameters and create lists of instructions to be executed. These lists can perform a variety of tasks - from simple motor control to complex tasks related to the movement by a given trajectory and response to external signals originating eg from circuit breakers, etc. Additionally, the controller has two OC type transistor outputs, which can also be freely programmed . The motor speed can also be set via an external potentiometer or via an external analogue signal 0â? 5V (for example from a PLC). After the addition of an external divider, it is also possible to control the voltage 0 ~ 10V. The controller has been equipped with additional inputs: DIR - enabling the change of the motor rotation direction regardless of the controller program, ENABLE - allowing the motor to operate. Properties: - Co-operation with motors up to approx. 180 W - Maximum current 12A (12V), max. 30A - 10 ~ 25V DC - Digital controller (position, speed and acceleration) - Optoisolated inputs - 4 inputs to external element service (eg circuit breakers) - 2 transistor outputs with 500 mA load capacity - USB connector for communication with the controller (RS485 option) - Cooperation with SID1812E-PC program enabling configuration of controller control parameters, and creating a list of instructions for execution ( type o in the first position, one in the second position, wait for the signal, repeat the cycle, etc.) - Possibility of real-time control via USB connection (RS485) - Analog input 0 - 5 V for setting the speed - LED indicator for power supply, st. an operation and overloading of the controller - Thermal protection, overcurrent and short circuit power converters - Power supply and control signals on disconnect strips with screw connections - The housing is suitable for mounting on a DIN rail
