SDC106E - Controller for DC motors

This product has been discontinued.

SDC106E is a series of controllers designed for constant-current motors that allow you to adjust the position and speed of the motor. The controller can be used wherever precise motor motion control is required. Despite the inconspicuous appearance, the device makes it possible to create an extensive drive. This is possible due to the driver hardware in the serial link through which you can control his work. In addition, the SDC106E control unit is equipped with the ability to store a list of commands. Thanks to this, the controller after one programming can autonomously implement the program introduced. The created command lists can perform the most diverse tasks - from simple motor control to complex tasks related to the movement by a set trajectory and reacting to external signals originating, for example, from limit switches. The controller can perform functions similar to a small PLC on the machine, but it is oriented towards positioning the motor in one axis, eg. Repetitive travel to a specific position. Thanks to the SDC106E-PC program, the driver configuration and creating command lists is simple and intuitive. The program also gives you the possibility to configure all controller control parameters. Properties: - 4 operating modes: position control, speed regulation, regulation of the speed of the potentiometer, speed control to the value selected by three digital inputs, possibility of mixing modes from the control program - 3 motor speed can be programmed without the need for programming from the computer - load current to 6 A - 10-24 VDC power supply - rated motor voltage 6 - 24 VDC - short-circuit protection and overload protection at 30 A - thermal protection - optoisolated encoder inputs and START and DIR inputs for manual stop / reversal of the motor - analog input 0 - 5 V for setting the speed from the potentiometer - 4 digital inputs for servicing external elements (eg circuit breakers) - power supply status, error LEDs, readiness, starting the engine and its spinning direction - possibility of programming the list of instructions to be executed (type: first position, zero position, wait for signal, one for second position, repeat cycle) - change of controller controller parameters - cooperation with SDC106E-PC program - possibility of real-time control from a PC or other device equipped with an RS232 interface - housing adapted for mounting on a DIN rail
