The MOBOT® CubeRunner 2.5 mobile robot is used to automate intra-plant transport.

Its task is to autonomously transport goods between designated points.

Wide possibilities

The robot is equipped with asystem of two retractable pinsfor automatic hooking of the transport trolley above the robot.

Automatic picking and dropping of pulled carts significantly increases transport possibilities.

Safe transportation

MOBOT® CubeRunner 2 is equipped with an advanced security system, which includes, among others: laser scanners with safety function. They are responsible for thedetection of obstacles appearing in front of the mobile robot.

Thanks to its operation, themobile robot can react appropriately by slowing down or stopping completely to avoid a collision.

Picking up and putting away loads

We offer several models of standard trolleys and adapters for the robot.

With their help, it is possible to automatically collect the load, transport it safely and deliver it to the destination. 

In addition to standard solutions, we also offer a trolley tailored to the needs of your factory.

Navigation

For navigation, CubeRunner 2 uses a laser terrain mapping system (LMS) and line tracking using a vision system. Type (AMR/AGV).

In the case of LMS navigation, the robot orients itself in space similarly to a human.

The robot creates a map of the surroundings in its memory and, scanning the space while driving, sees characteristic points (e.g. walls), so it always knows exactly where it is.

Control

The robot's operation is managed from the control terminal located at the base point. 

The intuitive MOBOT® RoutePlanner software is used for detailed configuration of the robot's parameters.

Power supply

The robot works efficiently thanks to capacious batteries. They are placed in special cassettes, enabling their quick replacement.

The robot can also be charged using a charging station.

Optionally, it is possible to use an automatic charging station.

Carts and adapters

We offer several models of standard trolleys and adapters for the robot.

With their help, it is possible to automatically collect the load, transport it safely and deliver it to the destination.
