  • Measuring ranges (mm): 10 | 25 | 50
  • Linearity max. 2 µm
  • Adjustable measurement frequency up to 10 kHz
  • Analog and digital outputs
  • Compact size with integrated electronics
  • Advanced surface compensation for quick adaptation to changing surfaces
  • Predefined and individual presets in the web interface

New generation laser sensors
OptoNCDT 1900 is the latest model of Micro-Epsilon laser sensors. This innovative sensor is used for dynamic displacement, distance and position measurements and is characterized by high speed, compact design and accuracy.

The integrated high-performance controller enables fast and very precise processing and sending of the measured values. The innovative optoNCDT 1900 laser triangulation sensor is used wherever maximum precision is combined with the latest technology, e.g. in advanced automation, automotive industry, 3D printing and coordinate measuring machines.

Highest stability thanks to intelligent signal optimization
For the first time, a two-stage averaging of measured values are available to optimize the signal. This ensures a seamless signal at the edges and stairs. High-performance averaging enables precise signal flow, especially for high-speed measurements of moving parts.

Advanced surface compensation - intelligent exposure control for demanding surfaces
OptoNCDT 1900 is equipped with an intelligent surface control function. The new algorithms enable stable measurement results even on demanding surfaces with variable light reflections.

In addition, the sensor is extremely resistant to ambient light and can also be used in brightly lit areas. The new algorithms compensate for ambient light up to 50,000 lux.

Simple installation and first run
Mounting the sensor with the mounting sleeves automatically positions the sensor in the correct position. This enables both easy sensor replacement and even greater precision in solving measuring tasks. Due to its compact dimensions, the laser sensor can also be integrated into confined spaces.

Modern interfaces for integration with machines and systems
The laser sensor is equipped with an RS422 interface and analog outputs.Micro-Epsilon interface modules also offer EtherNet / IP and PROFINET.
