The linear module equipped with a DC motor is characterized by a very sooth operation. Thanks to the specificity of the DC motor's motion, the module moves very smoothly and quietly, which is why it is used in applications such as medical devices, photography, advertising and others that require the above-mentioned features.
Both the DC motor and the linear module can be equipped with an encoder that allows you to control the position and precisely control the speed of travel. Equipping the motor with an integrated encoder increases the positioning resolution of the system by multiplying the encoder's resolution by multiplying it by translating the gears.
To increase the aesthetics of a DC-based solution, this engine can be enclosed in an aluminum housing for a special customer request.
