Precision in engineering requires a clear mind and a stable work environment. In line with this principle, the WObit team took part in specialized training in dealing with professional stress. The workshops were carried out as part of the national program of the National Labor Inspectorate: "Prevention of psychosocial threats in the work environment".
In the industry of modern technologies, automation and robotics, innovations are the key to success, and these are born only in an atmosphere of mutual respect, safe communication and stability. Investing in the mental resilience of employees is one of the foundations on which we build the organizational culture of WObit.
Technological approach to human needs
Why does an engineering company decide to systematically implement occupational psychology activities? The answer lies in an analogy that we know well from everyday engineering practice:
- Prevention instead of repairing damage: Just like in the diagnostics of machines or MOBOT® mobile robots, the key is to prevent overloads, not to temporarily remove the effects of failure. Identifying stressors allows us to eliminate risks before they affect the team's comfort.
- Well-being as a key parameter: The mental stability of the team directly translates into precision, focus and safety when implementing complex technological projects.
About the PIP program
The "Prevention of psychosocial threats in the work environment" program, organized by the National Labor Inspectorate, aims to support employers in building friendly, effective and stress-free workplaces. During the workshops, our employees gained practical knowledge of managing emotions in crisis situations, relaxation techniques and building assertive communication within project teams.
The development of technology depends primarily on the people who create it. We believe that taking care of the mental well-being of employees is not only a corporate social responsibility, but also the standard of a modern, stable employer on the High-Tech market.
