Micro-Epsilon expands its portfolio of laser distance sensors with a compact model optoNCDT ILR1041-150-IO. Precision and stability of measurement up to 150 meters
The optoNCDT ILR1041-150-IO model supports a measurement range from 0.2 m to 150 m when using reflective foil. The implemented measurement technology eliminates the influence of scattered light, which ensures repeatable and stable results even in strong ambient lighting up to 50,000 lx. The sensor can also cope with difficult optical conditions - when measuring objects with dark matte surfaces or variable structures.

The new Micro-Epsilon sensor supports modern control architectures. The integrated IO-Link interface ensures standardized data transmission and independence from the field bus used. The device is also equipped with a standard analog output (current or voltage), which allows direct integration with existing automation systems.
The housing with a high degree of protection (IP67 / IP69 / IP69K) protects the optoelectronic system against the ingress of dust and high-pressure water. Compact dimensions and swivel cable outlet allow the sensor to be installed in limited machine space. The device is parameterized in two ways: directly on the housing (using buttons and RGB LEDs) or using dedicated software.
