Precyzja pomiarów pojemnościowych w trudnych warunkach

CapaNCDT series capacitive displacement sensors are characterized by the highest precision, stability and versatility. With resolution down to 0.03 nm, compact design, multi-channel capabilities and OEM-specific solutions, this offering is suitable for a wide range of industrial, research and development applications. This globally unique product range also covers extreme temperature ranges from -270 to +800 °C and offers sensors suitable for both standard and special applications.

New sensors for extreme conditions

With the new CSH/SE series, Micro-Epsilon expands its offer with sensors designed for particularly demanding operating conditions. The series includes 5 cylindrical sensors and 7 models with a flat design with measuring ranges from 0.2 to 5 mm. The sensors are based on the proven CSH standard models and offer an almost identical design as well as the same cable dimensions. At the same time, their design is consistently adapted to special operating conditions, from ultra-high vacuum and cleanroom applications to strong magnetic fields and extreme temperatures.

Designed to work in extreme conditions

SE sensors operate in the temperature range from -270 to +200 °C and are distinguished by excellent temperature stability. Thanks to their non-magnetic titanium housing, they are particularly suitable for applications near strong magnetic fields, for example in scientific research, cryogenics or the aerospace industry. The integrated cable has an extremely low level of outgassing, is resistant to high temperatures and is mechanically durable.

Optimally prepared for work in vacuum and clean rooms

For vacuum and cleanroom applications, SE sensors are specially cleaned before delivery. The selection of materials aims to ensure the lowest possible level of contamination and is optimally adapted to the analysis of residual gases. This makes the sensors suitable for ultra-high vacuum applications up to 10-10 mbar, for example in particle accelerators, semiconductor systems or chemical vapor deposition processes.

New gap sensors for greater installation freedom

In addition to SE sensors, Micro-Epsilon is also expanding its offer of capacitive gap sensors. The new CSG-0.5/CRg2.0, CSG-1/CRg2.0 and CSG-1/90/CRg2.0 models feature a much more compact design than previous CSG series sensors. The CSG-1/90/CRg2.0 model additionally demonstrates high sensor flexibility thanks to the transversely oriented measuring surface. This allows you to reliably perform precise gap measurements even in particularly confined installation spaces. Along with the expansion of the offer, a completely updated capaNCDT catalog is released with new content, illustrations and visualizations.
