For industrial use at high temperatures
Thanks to the enormous temperature resistance of the sensor (up to 200 °C) and controller (up to 105 °C), the entire measurement channel can be used at high ambient temperatures, which reduces the influence of temperature on the cable and increases measurement accuracy. Thanks to its robust and compact design and flexible connection and configuration options, the eddyNCDT 3020 is particularly suitable for industrial applications and machine integration. The system is used, for example, to measure distances in welding applications, steel rolling processes or die-casting systems.
Wide range of sensors and simple configuration
The robust controller can be combined with a wide range of sensors and is factory-adapted for ferromagnetic or non-ferromagnetic materials. Thanks to a wide range of sensors, ranges from 1 to 80 mm can be measured. The system can be configured very easily using the sensorTOOL tool, which offers great flexibility of use thanks to numerous setting options:
- Ability to adjust analog output scaling and measurement range
- Numerous status monitoring options (limit value monitoring via switching output)
- Data processing through averaging, mastering or data reduction
- 3-point linearization for customer-specific installation situations
