We are pleased to announce that we have refreshed our programmable stepper motor servo controller for 4A - SIC 184, adding several expected functionalities. From July this year it is available in version SIC 184 v.2.
SIC 184 has a power amplifier and a trajectory generator, which allows for precise determination of the position, speed and acceleration of the motor movement.
The programmed controller is able to cooperate with an incremental encoder. This way, you can effectively control the position of the stepper motor.
You can immediately write a motion program in the controller and connect it to the HMI operator panel, thanks to which the operator can enter a different value each time or store the uploaded recipes he uses there.

3 analog inputs (AIN1/2/3)
Separate power supply for logic and motor (can be connected together), which ensures easier integration in systems requiring safety
RS485 3-pin connector (ground signal)
USB type mini B connector on the front - easier access
The new optoCONTROL 2700-10 laser micrometer offers maximum precision for quality assurance on the production line. It is used to measure diameters, gaps and edges in production processes.
